Orders will be sent via Royal Mail Delivery.

Standard Delivery under £30 (3 - 5 working days) - £3.00

Standard delivery on orders over £30 is FREE

Returns

All returns need to be made within 28 days of receipt and must be returned in the same condition that you received the item and be unused, in its original packaging.

If one or more of the above criteria is not met, we will be unable to process a refund.

Please note that the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs and this is non-refundable. We

recommend that you use a trackable service to post your returns. Please retain your proof of postage receipt until you are certain that your item has been received by us, as items lost in transit will not be processed.

We take great care with all our items, but in the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or faulty item , please contact us immediately and we will make every effort to rectify the situation.

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will refund to the original account that the payment was made from. The refund will normally show in your account within 7 working days.
